Hi Barracuda Parents,

It’s been a great first week of practice, and we’re looking forward to our first meet on Tuesday at Gainsborough!

A more detailed email is coming soon, but for now, please note that meet signups and volunteer job signups are open.

To sign up:

1. Go to the Schedule tab.
2. Next to the Gainsborough meet, click "Open Meet Signup" and "Job Signup Open".
3. Make your selections.

All signups must be completed by Saturday at midnight. Coaches begin building the lineup on Sunday, and no additions can be made after that.

A couple of reminders:

• Gainsborough has a 5-lane pool, so the meet may run a bit longer than usual.
• 5/6-year-olds swim relays first, followed by freestyle and backstroke. They may leave after backstroke (typically around 7:30 PM).
• 5/6 year olds can sign up for up to 3 dual meets this year. This does not include ASA championships or a potential Guppy Meet. 
• Swimmers age 7 and up will have relays at the end and should stay for the full meet.

I’ll send one or two reminders, especially since it’s our first meet and a holiday weekend.
