Dear Parents,

I’m so sorry for the last-minute notice, we were only just notified minutes ago by Briarwood Pool - but practice is CANCELLED today due to an unexpected issue with the emergency phone system. Unfortunately, the facility did not pass inspection and cannot open until the issue is resolved.

We’re told IT and emergency services will be on-site tomorrow morning to fix the problem, and we’re hopeful the pool will reopen shortly after. We also have a backup location at Marist ready for Monday if needed.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. I know this is frustrating — we’re equally disappointed, and we appreciate your patience.
