Hi all,

We are looking forward to a scorcher of a night for our last dual meet @ Hampton Hall. Attached are the heat sheet, psych sheet, and Athlete check in.  Below are notes from Hampton Hall:

• We are looking forward to hosting y'all at our meet next Monday June 24 at Hampton Hall. 
• Our address is 1218 Warrenhall Lane, Brookhaven, GA 30319. 
• Parking  We are tucked away in the back of the neighborhood and have a very small parking area with both a ramp and steps up to the pool deck. Please let your team know they are welcome to park on the neighborhood streets as the parking lot will be extremely limited-- just remember to follow the "no parking" signs and park only on the right hand side of the street and to not block driveways.
• Bullpen  Your bullpen is located under the pavilion-- next to the pool house and baby pool so you will have shade (and fans).
• Meet Logistics:  We are a 5-lane 25 meter pool. Hampton Hall will race in lanes 2 and 4 and will warm up at 4:30. Y'all will race in lanes 1 and 3 and warmup at 5 pm. The first race will be at 5:30 pm. All swimmers will approach the starting side of the pool by walking around the diving board and lining up in the Deck Control Red "Ready tents" and then will be brought out to the chairs behind the blocks. We ask that each team help provide a couple coaches or volunteers to help organize the kids in the tents before they sit behind the blocks. 
• TimeDrops System and Volunteer Needs We have a TimeDrops system which is approved by the league to record official times in each race. This will require ONE volunteer timer/writer from EACH team to be positioned in each lane (Example- Lane 1 has one home team writer and one visitor team timer). Both volunteers will have the remote button which will record the official finishes in each race.This eliminates the Master Recorder and Judges Recorder positions and the Place Judges become a backup in case of equipment failure. Thank you for providing 3 writers and 2 timers for the first half and 3 writers and 2 timers for the second half.  We have used this timing system over the past two years and it has been very successful. 
• Concessions-  We will have a full concession stand available that night and we accept Paypal, Venmo, and cash. Please ask your team to bring small bills if possible.
