If you are receiving this email, your child is registered to swim in the meet tomorrow at Murphy Candler.  It should be a fun evening competing against our City of Brookhaven rival!  Here are some notes from Murphy Candler:

•  Tuesday will be the first time we are using our recently purchased Time Drops electronic timing system, we are going to do another trial run with it Monday night before the meet. (I think this is the same system that was used at Mountaire)
• There are no starting blocks due to the pool's foundation. 100 meter relay swimmers 2 & 4 will start in the water at the shallow end. 
• The address for the Murphey Candler Park Pool is 4049 Candler Lake W NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319. 
• We will have a concession stand with hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks. Let your families know to bring small bills if possible. We will have a venmo account as well. Our burger/hot dog, chip and drink combo plate will be $10.00 a plate. 
• Murphey Candler will warm up from 4:30 - 5:00. Briarwood will warm up from 5:00 - 5:30. We plan to start the meet at 5:30 PM. 
• Recently we have had the teams gather in the grass and that has worked well.
• We do have some seating around the pool for spectators but bringing chairs is always encouraged.

Lastly- I will have the swim caps and t-shirts available to pick up at the meet.  I was unable to make it to practice tonight.
