Hi all,

We look forward to seeing everyone in the favorite jersey tonight for our meet @ Roxboro.  We have some Georgia summer weather going on so please watch for alerts.  If there are showers early, we might start the meet late and will use the push notifications in Swimtopia to alert everyone.  We have agreed with Roxboro to have a hard stop at 9:30 if the meet gets delayed.  We are still in need of a few volunteers:

1. 1st shift deck manager (event 1-44) and 2nd shift deck manager (event 45-end of meet) to help Roxboro get our kids ready to swim.  We already have 1 for each slot.

2. Pre Deck Bullpen Manager.  We need 1 more for the 1st shift and 3 for the 2nd shift.  These people get the kids for each event and take them to the deck.

General meet info:

• Address- Roxboro Valley Pool
                 1044 Roxboro Drive NE
                 Atlanta GA 30324
• Our bullpen will be right outside the pool gate.  Please arrive at 4:30 with warmups starting PROMPLTY at 5.  
• They have deck space but encourage parents to bring their own chairs as they have limited seating.  
• They have a concession stand with grilled burgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and candy.  Venmo or cash only.
• No Glass on property during a swim meet.
• Carpooling is encouraged as their pool is on a narrow street with large hills.  They do provide a drop off area for swimmers but my guess is it gets pretty crouded up there!  Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and do not park on anyones lawn!  PARKING MAP IS ATTACHED
• If there is a lightning delay, I will send an alert through swimtopia.  They do not have a structure to wait in so they encourage families to wait in their cars until information is shared regarding re-starting of the meet.  

Just 2 more dual meets to go!  This should be a fun, relatively close away meet!
