Just a reminder that our first meet is this coming Tuesday vs. Huntcliff!  This is a home meet.  Parking is a bit nuts so it is always a good idea to carpool or walk.  We will have concessions and Chick-Fil-A sandwhiches for sale.  We take Venmo and cash. 

• All swimmers will arrive at 4:30 and we will have warm ups from 4:35-4:55.  It is important to mark your child's attendance.  See the below screen grab if you are having trouble finding where to go.  This is also where you go to sign up to volunteer for the meet.  Each family is required to sign up for 2 slots per season.  
• I have already updated all the 5/6 year olds from the sign up genius.  PLEASE CHECK them as well to make sure I didn't miss someone. If you thought they should be registered and they are not, let me know.  If they will not be swimming this meet but are registered, please mark them as unable to attend. 
• Meet registration will close on Saturday night at midnight.  After that, we will not make any changes to a swimmers availability as the coaches begin working on the lineup.  Please do not forget to mak availablity.  It is always an unpleasant situation when we get emails on Sunday and Monday that a parent forgot but it creates extra work for the coaches.  
• If you sign up that your child will be at the meet and then they are unable to make it for any reason, let us know ASAP!  Email [email protected]. 
• I will send out a "tips for the meet" email closer to Tuesday.  
• Please remember that this is organized chaos at best but the kids have fun!  It is always a good idea to pack some healthy snacks and some activities for the kids to do while they wait.  The 5/6 year olds will be done around 7:30 and the older kids will go until probably 9:30ish.
